Abstract
This paper presents an efficiency analysis of yogurt production line. The goal is to describe a real production line and based on this description, create a digital twin in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, which will be used to analyze efficiency and identify weak spots . Subsequently, optimizations will be proposed to improve the overall efficiency of the production line.
