Nesený vyzvedávač sazenic lesních stromů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh neseného vyzvedávače sazenic pro traktor výkonnostní třídy do 160 kW. V úvodní části práce je rešerše na téma lesních školek, obnovy lesa a pěstování sadebního materiálu. V konstrukční části je kompletní návrh sestavy vyzvedávače pomocí CAD programu. Práce obsahuje výpočet potřebný pro pohon vyzvedávače a stanovení typu pohonu vibračního roštu. Dále práce obsahuje pevnostní výpočty vybraných konstrukčních prvků. Výsledkem této práce je kompletní sestava vyzvedávače s výkresovou dokumentací.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a carried plant lifter of forest tree seedlings for a tractor in the performance class up to 160 kW. In the introductory part of the thesis, there is research on the topic of forest nurseries, forest restoration and planting material. In the construction part, there is a complete design of the assembly of the carried plant lifter using a CAD program. The work includes the calculation required for the propulsion of the lifter and determination of the propulsion type of the vibrating grate. Furthermore, the work contains strength calculations of selected structural elements. The result of this work is a complete assembly of the carried plant lifter with drawing documentation.
