Abstract

Návrh nárožního bytového domu v problematické čtvrti na křižovatce ulic Bratislavská a Stará. Parter je určený co-workingovému centru a drobným provozům a odděluje rušnou ulici od klidu dvora, který je plně k dispozici obyvatelům bytů. Dům neinvazivně doplňuje stávající struktury a přináší do oblasti impuls k proměně. Návrh se zabývá také urbanistickým a sociálním přesahem.Design of corner house, a block of flats in the deprived neighborhood near the centre of the city. It is situated on the crossing of Bratislavská and Stará street. The parterre is used by a co-working centre and by small pastry and book shop. The parterre draws the line between rush streets and still court, which serves to residents. House noninvasively complements existing structures and brings the impulse for change. The proposal also addresses the urban and social outreach.
