Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu vzduchotechnických zařízení pro rekreační objekt v Brně. Práce je rozdělená do tří části. První část je teoretická, která se věnuje návrhem větrání komerčních kuchyní, popisuje hygienické podmínky a předpoklady pro správný návrh větrání, dále koncepci a samotnou výpočtovou metodu pro dimenzování kuchyní. Druhá část je výpočtová část, která se zabývá návrhem tří vzduchotechnických jednotek do tří funkčních celků objektu. Konkrétně se jedná o návrh větrání do restaurace, kuchyně a prostoru kasina. Třetí a poslední část je projektová dokumentace navržené vzduchotechniky.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of air conditioning systems for a recreational facility in Brno. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, which focuses on the design of ventilation of commercial kitchens, describes the hygienic conditions and requirements for correct design of ventilation, as well as the concept and the calculation method for sizing kitchens. The second part is the calculation part, which focuses on the design of three air conditioning units for the three functional units of the building. Specifically the design of ventilation for the restaurant, the kitchen and the casino area. The third and final part is the design documentation of the designed air conditioning system.

Student nejprve představil svou práci formou prezentace v PowerPointu, kde popsal vzduchotechniku obchodu s restaurací. Vyjádřil se k připomínkám oponenta a odpovídal na připomínky členů komise.
Student odpověděl na tyto otázky:
Funkce odsávacího zákrytu?
Skladba a funkce odlučovače tuku?
Izolace VZT potrubí?
Student výborně reagoval a zaujal stanoviska ke všem připomínkám k předložené diplomové práci od oponenta i členů komise.
