Abstract
Bakalárska práca rieši projekt jednogeneračného rodinného domu. Objekt je trojpodlažný, čiastočne podpivničený a tretie nadzemné podlažie je riešené ako obytné podkrovie. Nosné prvky konštrukcie sú z murovacieho systému POROTHERM. Obvodové steny v podzemnom podlaží sú zhotovené z debniacich betónových tvárnic CSB. Strecha nad objektom rodinného domu je sedlová z betónových tašiek BRAMAC. Projekt je zameraný na realizačnú dokumentáciu a podrobné spracovanie jednotlivých detailov. Projekt ďalej obsahuje technické správy, tepelne vlhkostný posudok, požiarne bezpečnostné riešenie a technické riešenie stavby.
This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of the residential house for one generation. The object has three floors, a basement and third floor is realised as an attic. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The exterior walls of the basement are made of shuttering concrete blocks CSB. The saddle roof above the house is created with the concrete roof tiles BRAMAC. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details. Next, the project contains technical reports, hygrothermal report, fire safety solution and other technical design of the building.
