Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá urbanistickým návrhem území v Brně, které se nachází na pomezí kompaktní městské zástavby a volných nevyužívaných ploch a brownfieldu. Práce je zaměřena na řešení hlukové bariéry, návrhu nového konceptu zástavby v území a na zapojení řeky do organismu města. Detailní architektonický návrh je zaměřen na jednu budovu z navrhovaného území, konkrétně se jedná o bytový dům zakončující řadovou zástavbu u řeky Svitavy.The bacelor thesis is focused on the new urban plan of an area in Brno. The area is located on the border between the compact city and the unused areas and brownfiled. The work deals with the solution of the noise barrier, the proposal of a new urban concept and the involvment of the river to the city's organism. The detailed architectural draft is focused on one building from the designed area, concretely the apartment building on the edge of the row buildings by the river Svitava.
