Konstrukce vřetene soustruhu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je rešerše a jednoduchá konstrukce vřetene soustruhu se základními výpočty. První část obsahuje přehled a rozdělení soustruhů s jejich technickými parametry. Dále rešerši, která je zaměřena na vřetena obráběcích strojů. Druhá část obsahuje výpočty a konstrukční provedení vřetene soustruhu. Součástí práce je model vřetene ve 3D vytvořený v programu SolidWorks 2008 a výkres sestavy vřetene soustruhu.The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a literary overview and a simple design of a lathe spindle with basic calculations. The first part contains a overview and a categorization of lathes with their technical parameters and the literary research, which is focused on the spindle of machine tools. The second part contains calculations and the design of the lathe spindle. The 3D model of the spindle, designed in SolidWorks 2008 software, and the assembly drawing of the lathe spindle are also included in this thesis.
