Management rizik v mezinárodních standardech pro systémy managementu

Abstract

Situaci krátké historie ve firmách lze charakterizovat jako téměř nepřetržitý sled krizí. Velké firmy většinou vlastní dostatečně účinné nástroje, jak jim čelit, v podobě implementovaných metod managementu rizik. Článek je rozvahou o tom, zda a jakými nástroji v této oblasti dnes disponují firmy, které mají menší možnosti v tomto směru. Jsou zmíněny přínosy mezinárodních standardů pro systémy managementu pro oblast řízení rizik. Jsou konstatovány relativně pozitivní dopady implementovaných požadavků standardu ISO 9001 na management rizik ve firmách.The situation of a short history in companies can be characterized as an almost continuous series of crises. Large companies usually have sufficiently effective tools to deal with them in the form of implemented risk management methods. The article is a reflection on whether and what tools in this area are available today to companies that have less options in this direction. The benefits of international standards for management systems for the field of risk management are mentioned. Relatively positive impacts of the implemented requirements of the ISO 9001 standard on risk management in companies are noted.
