Návrh konstrukce omílácího stroje

Abstract

Diplomová práce se ve své první části zaměřuje na popis technologie omílání a přehled jednotlivých aplikací, ve kterých je možné tuto technologii použít. Na toto téma navazuje popis omílání na mokro s použitím keramických tělísek. Ve třetí části této práce je proveden stručný přehled vyráběných typů omílacích strojů. Následuje přehled vlastních konstrukčních variant omílacích strojů s výběrem optimální konstrukční varianty. Dále navazuje konstrukční návrh omílacího stroje, následovaný přehledem výpočtů. V poslední části této práce jsou uvedeny technické parametry navrženého stroje včetně popisu jeho provozu a údržby.The thesis is in the first part focuses on the description of the technology and tumbling overview of the applications in which it is possible to use this technology. This topic is the description tumbling wet using ceramic beads. In the third part of this work is performed a brief overview of the types of tumbling machines. The following is a list of their own design variant tumbling machine with a choice of optimal design variants. Then follows the design of the tumbling machines, followed by an overview of the calculations. In the last part of this work are the technical parameters of the designed tools, including a description of its operation and maintenance.
