Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší realizaci zamýšleného projektu, který se týká rekonstrukce stávajícího objektu nákupního střediska a pohostinství. Vestavbou prostoru atria, přístavbou venkovních teras a nástavbou druhého nadzemního podlaží bude uskutečněn projekt zamýšleného objektu domova seniorů. Obsahem práce je souhrnná technická zpráva, zpracování technologických předpisů, zpráva zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, posouzení dopravy, plán BOZP, položkový rozpočet a harmonogram na objekt domova seniorů.This thesis describes the implementation of the proposed project, which concerns the reconstruction of the existing building of shopping center and restaurant. To built-in an atrium area, outdoor terraces and extension of the second storey superstructure of the building will be realized the project of the Retirement Home. This work contains a summary technical report, processing of technological regulations, report building equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, assessment services, occupational health and safety plan, itemized budget and schedule subject to Retirement Home.
