Abstract

V příspěvku je analyzován tristní vývoj počtu znalců v ČR v poslední době, zejména po přijetí nového zákona o znalcích, znaleckých kancelářích a znaleckých ústavech, jeho příčiny a způsob nápravy.
The article analyses the sad development of the number of experts in the Czech Republic in recent times, especially after the adoption of the new Act on Experts, Expert Offices and Expert Institutes, its causes and the method of remedy.
