Abstract

Cílem této práce je zpracovat účetní, právní a daňovou problematiku ukončení účasti společníka ve společnosti s ručením omezeným v případě, kdy společník nemá zájem nadále se účastnit podnikání ve společnosti. Práce je zaměřena na situaci v konkrétní společnosti a analyzuje vhodnost postupů společníků. V závěru jsou specifikovány variantní návrhy možných situací. Práci mohou využít společníci, kteří chtějí ukončit účast ve společnosti.The aim of this work is to prepare the financial, legal and tax considerations, the termination of a shareholder in a company with limited liability in case the shareholder has an interest in maintaining the business participate in society.
