Navržená stavba řeší funkční lázeňský provoz ve specifickém městském prostředí, ve vztahu k řece a okolní zástavbě. Jedná se o kompaktní hmotu nepravidelného tvaru. Ve svém objemu přechází do dvou věží. Aktivní věž - posilovnu – orientovanou k ruchu města a věž relaxační – masáže – orientovanou k zalesněné krajině.The design of the building includes function bath operation in the specific town surrounding in the relationship to the river and estate. The building is compact matter of the irregular shape. The baths are in the heart of the building. In its dimension it passes into two towers. Active tower – the gym – oriented to the Down movement and the Relax tower - masages – oriented to the woody scenery.
