Bytový dům

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytového domu v obci Panenská Rozsíčka, která se nachází v kraji Vysočina. Bytový dům je navržen jako atypický a je situován na rovinatém terénu. Objekt má dvě obytná podlaží (a jedno suterénní) a nachází se v něm čtyři bytové jednotky a společné prostory obyvatel domu. Jeden byt je řešen jako možný bezbariérový. Celková kapacita je 12 osob. Stavba je založena na základových pásech. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyhotoveny zděnou technologií z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 P+D. Pro zateplení byl zvolen systém ETICS. Za stropní konstrukci byly zvoleny keramické stropy Porotherm MIAKO. Objekt je zastřešen pomocí ploché střechy.This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the village Panenská Rozsíčka, located in the Vysočina Region.The apartment building is designed as atypical and is situated on flat terrain. The apartment building has two residential floors (and one basement floor) and has four residential units and common area of the house. One apartment is designed as a possible accessible. Total capacity is 12 people. The structure is base on strip foundations. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 30 P+D. The thermal insulation is provided by the ETICS system. The ceiling structure is created with ceramic ceilings Porotherm MIAKO. The buildind is roofed with warm flet roof.
