Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zpracována ve formě podnikatelského záměru, který bude poskytovat informace managementu společnosti při jeho rozhodování v oblasti inovací v logistickém areálu. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny veškeré teoretické poznatky, podle kterých jsou prováděny jednotlivé analýzy pro danou společnost. Návrh řešení povede ke zvýšení výkonu a úspoře nákladů v rámci zvoleného úseku.This master's thesis is processed into a business plan that will provide information to management of the company for its decision in the field of innovation in the logistics area. The theoretical part explains all the theoretical knowledge, which performed analysis for the company. The proposed solution will lead to increased productivity and cost savings in the chosen field.
