Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou vzniku nové firmy podnikající v oblasti IT poradenství. Obsahem jsou teoretické poznatky z oblasti podnikání a podnikatelského záměru, ale také analýza současného stavu na trhu. Výsledkem je návrh podnikatelského záměru nově vznikající firmy.
The Master’s thesis deals with the business plan of company in counseling field. The thesis includes theoretic piece of knowledge from trading and business plan and market analysis. The result is the proposal of business plan in counseling field.
