Bytový dům, Střelice

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby samostatně stojícího bytového domu ve Střelicích, ve formě části projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Jedná se o třípodlažní podsklepený objekt s dvěma nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním, ustupujícím podlažím, založen na základových pásech a patkách, zastřešený jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. V nadzemních podlažích jsou řešeny 4 bytové jednotky o velikosti 3+kk a 4+kk s balkony nebo terasami. V suterénu je umístěno technické zázemí, čtyři jednotlivé garáže a skladovací prostory pro obyvatele bytů. Konstrukční systém je stěnový, příčný, zděný z pálených cihelných bloků. Stropní konstrukce jsou z části monolitické železobetonové a z části skládané z nosníků a cihelných vložek s nadbetonávkou. Celý objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplením.The subject of the bachelor thesis is design of a new detached apartment building in Střelice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by a single-shell flat roof. There are 4 apartment units in the above-ground part containing 3 rooms with a kitchen and 4 rooms with a kitchen with a balcony or a terrace. In the basement, there are technical facilities, four individual garages and storage space for residents of the apartments. Structural system of the building is wall transversal masonry system from clay blocks. Part of the ceiling structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete and the rest is beam and block ceiling structure. The whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
