Formy a metody motivace ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá formami a metodami motivace ve stavebním podniku. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti stavebnictví a motivace. Praktická část je řešena na základě dotazníku ve stavebních podnicích a jedné konkrétní stavební organizace. V závěrečné fázi jsou zhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu a doporučené metody motivace, pro úspěšnou práci s lidmi, ve stavebním podniku.This thesis deals with forms and methods of motivation in the construction company. In the theoretical part are specified basic concepts of building industry and motivation. The practical part is based on a questionnaire in construction companies, and one particular construction company. In the final phase of the research the results are evaluated and there are recommended methods of motivation for successful work with people in the construction company.
