Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca analyzuje stav jedného z informačných systémov v spoločnosti ALES a.s. a navrhuje možné riešenia pre jeho zlepšenie. Odporúčané riešenia by mali zefektívniť každodennú činnosť s ním a zlepšiť jeho aktuálny stav. Teoretická časť práce sa zameriava na vysvetlenie používaných metód a analýz pri tvorbe tejto diplomovej práce. V praktickej časti sú obsiahnuté zhodnotenia, výsledky, zistenia analýz a patričné návrhy na zlepšenie aktuálneho stavu informačného systému spolu s ich následnou implementáciou.This thesis analyses the state of one of the information systems in ALES Company as proposing possible solutions for its improvement. The recommended solution would be to streamline the daily operations of information system as well as improve its current status. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of the methods of analysis used in the creation this thesis. The practical part consists of assessments, results, the findings of the analysis with appropriate proposals to improve the current state of information system, together with their subsequent implementation.
