dc.description.abstractJedná se o lokalitu ležící v centrální části města Brna ve čtvrti Zábrdovice na okraji rozsáhlého parku Moravského náměstí vytvářející otevřený pás kolem jádra města, na kterém se nachází mimo jiné i významné objekty brněnských kulturních institucí. Hlavní náplní navrhovaného objektu je galerie architektury, designu a současného umění se zázemím, drobnými obchody a kavárnou ve 2.NP. Variabilní výstavní prostory nabízí možnost přizpůsobení dané expozici, možné je alternativně přestavovat a využít i k jiným, než výstavním účelům. V přízemí je umístěno parkování pro OA (20 míst) a komunikační plochy pro zásobování a pěší. Dále pak jsou v suterénu navrženy restaurátorké dílny s depozitářem.cs
dc.description.abstractThis is a site located in the central part of the city of Brno in the district Zabrdovice on the edge of a large park Moravian Square creating an open belt around the core of the city, which is among other major buildings in Brno cultural institutions. The main contents of the proposed building is a gallery of architecture, design and contemporary art facilities, small shops and cafes in 2nd floor. Variable exhibition space offers the possibility to adapt the exposure, it is alternatively possible to convert and be used for other than for exhibition purposes. On the ground floor parking for cars (20 seats) and the communication area for supplies and pedestrians. Furthermore, in the basement restorer workshops are designed with the depositary.en
