Reverse engineering dílů historických vozů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím metod reverzního inženýrství při tvorbě replik dílů z interiérů historických vozů značky Mercedes-Benz. První část této práce je věnována rešerši 3D skenerů a popisu principu funkce jednotlivých typů skenerů. V praktické části je popsán postup reverzního inženýrství zvolených dílů včetně popisu jejich funkce a zdůvodnění volby. Dále je v praktické části popsána příprava dílů na skenování, průběh samotného skenování a průběh následné tvorby CAD modelů těchto dílů. V rámci této práce byly také vytvořeny snímky zachycující rozměrové porovnání vytvořených modelů s naskenovanými modely originálních dílů. Makety vytvořených modelů byly vyrobeny FDM technologií 3D tisku. Vysoká dosažená přesnost vytvořených modelů byla potvrzena také při zkušební montáži vytvořených maket do vozů.This bachelor thesis deals with the use of reverse engineering methods in the creation of replicas of parts from the interiors of historic Mercedes-Benz cars. The first part of this thesis is devoted to the research of 3D scanners and the description of the principle of operation of each type of scanner. The practical part describes the reverse engineering process of the selected parts, including a description of their function and the rationale for the choice. Furthermore, the practical part describes the preparation of parts for scanning, the course of scanning itself and the course of subsequent creation of CAD models of these parts. A dimensional comparison of the created models with the scanned models of the original parts was also made. The mock-ups of the created models were produced by FDM 3D printing technology. The high achieved accuracy of the created models was also confirmed during the test fitting of the created mock-ups to the cars.
