Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace k provedení stavby "Polyfunkčního domu" dle příslušných platných norem a předpisů. Zastřešení objektu je plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. Jedná se o "Polyfunkční dům" plnící funkci obytnou a prodejní. V podzemním podlaží jsou hromadné garáže, v první podlaží jsou obchody a příslušenství k obytné části domu. V dalších podlažích jsou obytné jednotky. Všechny podlaží jsou vzájemně propojeny samostatným schodištěm a výtahem.The subject of this diploma thesis is preparation of design documentation for the execution of the "Polyfunctional building" according to applicable standards and regulations. Roof building is flat single casingroof. This is a "Polyfunctional building" fulfilling the function of a residential and sales. In the underground floor are public garages on the first floor there are shops and accessories for the residential part of the house. The other floors are residential units. All floors are connected by a separate stairs and lift.
