Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti s využitím Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti podniku Kovont s.r.o. prostřednictvím metody Balanced Scorecard. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První, teoretická část je věnována teoretickým východiskům, nezbytným k bližšímu pochopení celého tématu, a zároveň sloužícím jako základna pro další části této práce. Analytická část práce zahrnuje představení analyzované společnosti a zhodnocení jejího současného stavu prostřednictvím vybraných finančních ukazatelů a provedených strategických analýz . Třetí část práce se zaměřuje na návrh implementace BSC, kde jsou na základě poznatků z teoretické a analytické části práce uvedeny opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení výkonnosti společnosti.The diploma thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of the company Kovont s.r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first, theoretical part is dedicated to the theoretical background necessary for a deeper understanding of the overall topic and also serves as a foundation for the subsequent parts of the thesis. The analytical part introduces the analyzed company and evaluates its current state through selected financial indicators and conducted strategic analyses. The third part of the thesis focuses on the proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, presenting measures and recommendations for improving the company's performance based on the findings from the theoretical and analytical sections.
