Kompaktní město - rehabilitace městského území v okolí historického jádra Brna - ,,brněnský Bronx"

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistické řešení části Zábrdovic. Území se nachází mezi ulicemi Cejl, Radlas a řekou Svitavou s ideou využití v dlouhodobém časovém horizontu. Základním předpokladem práce je změna v majetkových poměrech na řešeném území. Výsledkem je nové vymezení funkčních ploch v území a propojení celého území s řekou a historickým jádrem města. Dále zpřístupnění řeky Svitavy stejně jako oživení svitavského náhonu. Cílem řešení je navrhnout racionální strukturu, která stávající území vhodně doplní a propojí s dalšími částmi města. Výsledkem by mělo být fungující a efektivní území.The subject of this thesis is urban solution for part of Zábrdovice. The area is located between the streets Cejl, Radlas and river Svitava with the idea of using in the long term. The basic prerequisite for the work is a change in financial circumstances on the investigated area. The result is a new definition of functional areas in the territories and linking the whole territory wíth the river and the historic town center. Also disclosure of the river Svitava, as well as the recovery of the Svitava drive. The aim is to propose a rational structure that will complement the existing territory and will link it with other parts of the city. The result should be efficient and effective area.
