Analýza rizik výrobního procesu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik vybraného výrobního procesu společnosti TES Vsetín, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části, teoretickou část, analýzu současného stavu a návrhovou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se rizik, rizikových analýz a nástrojů pro snižování rizik. Některé z těchto teoretických poznatků jsou následně aplikovány v další části práce, kde je pomocí těchto analýz provedena identifikace rizik. Na základě těchto analýz budou poté v závěrečné části práce navrženy návrhy a doporučení, které by měly vést ke snížení identifikovaných rizik včetně finančního vyčíslení.This master’s thesis is focused on the risk analysis of the selected production process in company TES Vsetin, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical part, analysis of the current state and design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to risk, risk analysis and tools for risk reduction. Some of these theoretical findings are then applied in the next section where these analyzes are used to the identification of risks. On the basis of these analyzes in the final part there will be designed proposals and recommendations, which should lead to a reduction of identified risks, including financial enumeration.
