Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace k provedení novostavby rodinného domu s prostorem pro podnikatelskou činnost. Novostavba bude dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepená a s obytným podkrovím. Novostavba bude situována v intravilánu. Rodinný dům bude postaven ze systému HELUZ FAMILY, střecha sedlová.
The subject of this bachelor ´s is the development of project documentation for the execution of a family house with place of business. The new building will be two floors, partial basement and attic. The new building will be located in urban areas. The family house with place of business will be built from the HELUZ FAMILY, gabled roof.
