Topologická optimalizace rámu kladnice

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na topologickou optimalizaci rámu, jejímž cílem je minimalizace hmotnosti nebo jiných klíčových parametrů konstrukce, při zachování nezbytné pevnosti a stability. V práci bude provedena rešerše v dané problematice, návrh a výpočet rámu kladnice, definovány okrajové podmínky pro topologickou optimalizaci, sestaven výpočtový model pro simulaci a v závěru zhodnoceny a porovnány dosažené výsledky s výchozím rámem.This bachelor thesis focuses on the topology optimization of the frame to minimize the weight or other key parameters of the structure, while maintaining the necessary strength and stability. The thesis will conduct research in the subject, design and calculate the frame of the pulley, define boundary conditions for topology optimization, build a computational model for simulation and finally evaluate and compare the results obtained with the initial frame.
