Využití účetních výkazů k posouzení vývoje stavebního podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití účetních dat pro zjištění aktuální situace v podniku na základě metod finanční analýzy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní představu o stavebním podniku a strukturu účetních výkazů. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými metodami finanční analýzy, zejména horizontální a vertikální analýzou a metodou poměrových ukazatelů. Praktická část pak provádí analýzu konkrétní stavební společnosti pomocí metodiky zpracované v teoretické části. V závěru jsou zjištěné výsledky shrnuty a porovnány s aktuální situací ve stavebnictví.This Bachelor's thesis is concerned with the use of accounting data in order to detect the actual situation in a company on the basis of the financial analysis methods. The theoretical part is focused on the basic conception of a building company and the structure of accounting statements. Further it is dealing with various methods of financial analysis, especially horizontal and vertical analysis and methods of ratio indicators. The practical part preforms the analysis of a concrete building company with the aid of methods described in the theoretical part. In the conclusion the ascertained results are summarized and compared with the actual situation on the construction market.
