dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se věnuje důsledkům, které do civilního letectví vnesla řada protiprávních činů spáchaných zejména do 11. září 2001 včetně. Stěžejním zdrojem informací k tomuto tématu je řada evropských nařízení a jejich praktická implementace, kterou mi detailně popsal Ing. Radomír Janík, jakožto Security a Safety manažer letiště Brno-Tuřany. Práce ze začátku popisuje historický vývoj protiprávních činů, z nichž volně přechází na samotné důsledky, prvně na teoretické rovině v podobě úmluv, nařízení a předpisů a dále v jejich praktickou implementaci na letištích. V poslední řadě došlo k praktickému vyzkoušení procedur na letištích a jejich porovnání v segmentu všeobecného letectví a v segmentu komerčního civilního letectví.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis is devoted to the consequences, which were introduced as a result of unlawfull acts committed in civil aviation mainly up to and including September 11, 2001. The main source of the information is a number of European regulations and their practical implementation, which was described by Security and Safety manager of Brno-Turany airport, Ing. Radomir Janik. At the beginning, the work describes history of unlawfull acts committed in civil aviation and freely moves on to the consequences themselves, first on their theoretical level in the form of conventions and regulations, and then on their practical implementation at airports. The last part of this work deals with the practical examination of the procedures at airports and their comparison between segment of general aviation and segment of commercial civil aviation.en
