Polyfunkční objekt Križanke

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh polyfunkčního objektu v hlavním městě Slovinska, Lublaň. Objekt je navržen pro obyvatele a návštěvníky Lublaně všech věkových kategorií. Řešené území leží v centru města mezi množstvím vzdělávacích a kulturních institucí a pouze pár minut chůze od pěších zón, situovaných kolem řeky Ljubljanica. Pozemek je rovinatý, mírně se svažující směrem k řece východním směrem. Prostor kolem objektu je veřejný a vstup pozemek tedy není nijak omezen. Objekt, který nahrazuje neorganizovanou parkovací plochu, je z uliční strany odsazen od hranice pozemku, aby byl vytvořen dostatečný prostor na chodník pro chodce, zelený pás a také cyklostezku. Součástí předprostoru objektu je stávající autobusová zastávka. Lublaň je hustě pokryta veřejnou dopravou. Velkou část dopravy však zaujímají i sdílená jízdní kola, která se nacházejí po celém městě. Na pozemku vznikne další stanoviště sdílených kol. Kolem parcely se křižují hlavní obousměrné komunikace napojující se na obchvaty města. Město se snaží, aby v centru parkovalo méně automobilů a řidiči tak situovali svá vozidla v parkovacích domech na okraji centra města. Hlavní myšlenkou návrhu bylo vytvoření prostoru zejména pro kreativitu, odpočinek a sebepéči, kde jsou funkce zajištěny komplexně. Tvarové řešení reaguje na pohyb lidí. Diagonálně navržená propojující komunikace a integrovaná pasáž, dělící 1.NP na dvě části, zajišťují přímé propojení uličního prostoru s klidnou oázou plnou zeleně. Díky tomu je podpořen přirozený pohyb pěších a zvyšuje se tak komfort uživatelů. Půdorysný tvar objektu reaguje na uliční čáru, okolní budovy a historii oblasti. Exteriérové terasy a pobytová schodiště jsou situována do klidného zelené veřejného prostoru. Budova je navržena jako polyfunkční třípodlažní nepodsklepený objekt. Jednotlivé funkce objektu se navzájem doplňují a působí jako celek. Provozně jsou však odděleny a lze tedy, aby jejich provozní režimy byly zcela odlišné. Hlavní vstupy do objektu v 1.NP jsou situovány ze západní a východní strany. Do vyšších podlaží je možnost se dostat po exteriérovém schodišti nebo interiérovým schodištěm či výtahem. Prostory jsou výhradně ve formě open space s různými druhy sedacího nábytku. Prostory ve 2.NP a 3.NP jsou členěny pomocí dělících příček, které vytvářejí flexibilitu prostoru. Celý objekt je navržen bezbariérově. Veřejný prostor za objektem je navržen jako klidová zóna s velkým množstvím zeleně. Ta esteticky zlepšuje otevřený prostor a zlepšuje mikroklima daného místa. Součástí prostoru jsou zpevněné a zelené plochy, výsadba dřevin a drobný venkovní nábytek.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana. The building is designed for residents and visitors of Ljubljana of all ages. The area under consideration is located in the city centre, between a number of educational and cultural institutions and only a few minutes by walking distance from the pedestrian zones situated around the Ljubljanica River. The land is flat, gently sloping towards the river in an easterly direction. The area around the property is public and therefore the access to the land is not restricted in any way. The building, which replaces an unorganized parking area, is set back from the property boundary on the street side to create sufficient space for a pedestrian walkway, a green line and a cycle path. The frontage of the building includes an existing bus stop. Ljubljana is densely served by public transport. However, a large part of the transport is taken up by shared bicycles, which are located throughout the city. An additional bike share station will be created on the site. Major two - way roads intersect around the parcel, connecting to the city's ring roads. The city is trying to have less cars parked in the downtown area. So that drivers will situate their vehicles in parking spaces on the outskirts of the downtown. The main idea behind the design was to create a space especially for creativity, relaxation and self-care where functions are provided comprehensively. The shape responds to the movement of people. The diagonally designed connecting road and the integrated passage, dividing the ground floor into two parts, provide a direct connection between the street space and a quiet oasis full of greenery. This promotes natural pedestrian movement and increases the comfort of users. The plan form of the building responds to the street line, the surrounding buildings and the history of the area. Exterior terraces and residential staircases are set in a quiet green public space. The building is designed as a multi-functional three-storey non-basement building. The different functions of the building complement each other and operate as a unified entity. However, operationally they are separate, and it is therefore possible for their operating modes to be quite different. The main entrances to the building on the ground floor are situated on the west and east sides. The upper floors can be accessed via an exterior staircase, an interior staircase or elevator. The premises are exclusively in the form of open space with various types of seating furniture. Spaces on the first and top floor are divided by partitions, which create flexibility of the space. The whole building is designed for wheelchair accessibility. The public space behind the building is designed as a quiet zone with plenty of greenery. This aesthetically enhances the open space and improves the microclimate of the site. The space includes paved and green areas, tree planting and small outdoor furniture.
