Hodnocení finanční situace podniku a návrhy na její zlepšení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace společnosti B:TECH, a.s. v letech 2019–2023, s cílem identifikovat silné a slabé stránky hospodaření podniku. Využívá metody finanční analýzy, včetně analýzy absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů a je doplněna o strategické nástroje, jako jsou PEST analýza a SWOT analýza. Na základě výsledků finanční analýzy jsou navržena opatření, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení finanční stability podniku. Práce propojuje teoretické poznatky s praktickými zjištěními a nabízí konkrétní návrhy, které mohou být využity v rozhodovacím procesu managementu společnosti.This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of B:TECH, a.s. in the years 2019–2023, in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company's management. It uses financial analysis methods, including absolute, difference and ratio analysis, and is supplemented with strategic tools such as PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the financial analysis, measures are proposed that can contribute to improving the financial stability of the enterprise. The thesis links theoretical knowledge with practical findings and offers concrete suggestions that can be used in the decision-making process of the company's management.
