Návrh expanze na zahraniční trh

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu formulovat návrh expanze podnikatelského subjektu na zahraniční trh. Teoretická část shrnuje nejnovější poznatky z literatury v oblasti strategického řízení společnosti, podnikání a expanze společnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na společnost Fermat CZ, s. r. o. a společnost Lucas precision, INC. V návrhové části je formulován podnikatelský plán společnosti pro expanzi na americký trh prostřednictvím akvizice tamní společnosti.The main goal of this diploma thesis is based on the analysis of the current state to formulate a proposal for the expansion of the business entity to foreign markets. The theoretical part summarizes the latest knowledge from the literature in the field of strategic management of the company, business and expansion of the company. The practical part is focused on the company Fermat CZ, s. r. o. and the company Lucas precision, INC. The design part formulates the company's business plan for expansion into the US market through the acquisition of the company.
