Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby bytového domu v obci Sazovice. Novostavba je situována v mírně svažitém terénu orientovaném na jih. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. Účelem je vybudovat stavbu pro bydlení. Zbylou část objektu tvoří technické a skladovací prostory. Do objektu vede jeden vstup z jižní strany, kde se nachází parkoviště a příjezdová komunikace. Zastřešení je řešeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou.The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the village of Sazovice. The new building is situated in a slightly sloping, south-facing terrain. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground. The purpose is to build a building for housing. The rest of the building consists of technical and storage spaces. There is one entrance from the south side of the building, where there is parking and access roads. Roofing is solved with a single-layer flat roof.
