Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou vlivu technologie výstavby na cenu stavebního díla. Teoretická část popisuje tématiku ceny, nákladů, stanovení rozpočtu, druhů výstavby a konstrukčních systémů. Praktická část posuzuje na konkrétním rodinném domě vybrané druhy konstrukčních systémů z hlediska ceny a technologie.
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is the effect of construction technology on structure and price. The theoretical part describes the topic of price, costs, setting of budget, sorts od construction and constructive systems. The practical part review a particular family house selected types of structural systems in terms of price and technology.
