Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn. První část této práce je věnována systematickému zpracování teoretických východisek potřebných k objasnění důležitých pojmů z oblasti informačních systémů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu podniku jako celku a hlavně pak na analýzu IS firmy. Na základě provedené analýzy a identifikace problémů současného stavu informačního systému jsou pak v poslední části práce navrženy možnosti, jak dosáhnout zlepšení současného stavu podnikového informačního systému a informačních technologií ve zvolené firmě.Diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of the information system and the proposal for ICT modification of specific company. The first part of thesis concerns with systematic formulation of the theoretical background which is necessary for the explanation of important concepts from the field of information systems. The practical part deals with the analysis of the company as a whole and especially with the analysis of IS. In the last part of thesis are proposed options how to achieve an improvement of the current state of business information system and information technology in the selected company based on the analysis and identification of problems of the current state of the information system.
