Abstract

Projekt řeší novostavbu bytového domu v katastrálním území města Chotěboř, kraj Vysočina. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní bytový dům, nepodsklepený a zastřešený jednopláštovou plochou střechou. Obvodové stěny jsou vyzděny ze systému Porothem a zatepleny certifikovaným systémem ETICS (T.I. Extherm EPS 70 F). Bytový dům se nachází na parcelách 1226/1,1226/2. Bytový dům je navržen s ohledem na dispoziční řešení, na bezpečnost užívání, z hlediska požární bezpečnosti,akustiky,osvětlení a tepelné techniky a energie.The project addresses the new residential building in the cadastral Chotebor city, county Region. It is a four-storey apartment block, slab and flat roofed single-shell roof. The external walls are lined from the system Porothem and insulation system certified ETICS (TI Extherm EPS 70 F). Residential house is located on parcels 1226/1, 1226/2. Residential house is designed with the layout, the use of safety in terms of fire safety, acoustics, lighting and heating equipment and energy.
