SBTool as a tool for creating the concept of energy self-sufficient buildings

Abstract

Tvorba konceptů energeticky soběstačných budov (dále ESB) je po pasivních domech dalším aktuálním tématem, avšak různorodost jejich pojetí je daleko širší. Příspěvek pojednává o způsobech chápání a definování ESB a o využití modifikovaného nástroje SBTool k posuzování variantních návrhů ESB ve fázi konceptů s ohledem zejména na jejich charakteristické vlastnosti a udržitelný rozvoj.Creating the concept of energy self-sufficient buildings (the ESB) is after a passive house another hot topic, but the diversity of their approach is much broader. The article describes the ways of understanding of ESB, their definitions and the use of modified SBTool for assessing alternative proposals ESB on draft especially with respect to their characteristics and sustainable development.
