Abstract

Navrhovaná stavba se nachází na okraji centra města Brna, v městské části Zábrdovice, na nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará. V okolí se nacházejí převážně bytové domy a domy občanské vybavenosti. Lokalita je tvořena uzavřenými bloky domů. Proto i návrh polyfunkčního domu uzavírá blok. Základ práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu, který bude obsahovat bytové jednotky a prostory pro veřejnost, které budou nabízet služby nejen obyvatelům domu, ale i potřebám okolí. Hmota stavby je tvořena napojením na stávající zástavbu, je dána uliční čára, stavební hranice a výšky sousedních domů.
