Skladovací hala

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením nosné ocelové konstrukce objektu skladovací haly ve Vyškově. Hala má rozpon 36 m, délku 48 m a světlou výšku 6 m. Jedná se vaznicovou soustavu se sedlovými příhradovými rámy. Rám je tvořen zdvojenými L profily spojenými svary. Vzdálenost rámů je 6 m. Vaznice jsou ze za tepla válcovaných profilů IPE a HEA. V projektu je použita ocel S235 krom systémových táhel, které jsou z oceli S355. K vytvoření práce jsem použil programů Autocad, Dlubal RFEM 5 a Microsoft Office. Výstupem této práce je statický výpočet, výkresová dokumentace a technická zpráva.The bachelor thesis deals with design of steel supporting structure of storage hall located in Vyškov. The hall has span of 36 m, length 48 m and inside height 6 m. The structure is made as purlin system with gable roof truss frames. Distance of frames is 6 m. Frames are made of doubled L profiled beams, conected by welding. Purlins consist of IPE and HEA profiled beams. The steel used in the project is S235 except for tension rods which are made of S355 steel. Following software was used while creating the thesis Autocad, Dlubal RFEM 5 and Microsoft Office. Output of this thesis is static calculation, drawings and technical report.
