Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba jednopodlažního objektu s půdou nad částí půdorysu v Mezicích. Návrh respektuje jak územní plán obce, tak i stávající okolní zástavbu. Dům bude sloužit pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Má půdorys ve tvaru L. Poblíž domu se nachází samostatně stojící garáž pro jeden osobní automobil. Hlavní pobytové místnosti rodinného domu jsou orientovány k jihu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramickými tvárnicemi s dutinami vyplněnými tepelným izolantem. Stropní konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramobetonovým polomontovaným systémem, z nosníku a vložek. Rodinný dům má dva typy zastřešení. Jedná se o klasickou sedlovou střechu a plochou střechu.The subject of the thesis is a newly built one-storey building with loft over parts of the floor plan in Mezice. The proposal respects both local plan, and existing structures. The house will be used for housing a family of four. It was built in an L-shaped. Near the house is a detached garage for one car. The main living rooms of the house are oriented to the south. The vertical structure is formed of ceramic blocks with the cavities filled with a thermal insulator. The ceilings are made up ceramics-concrete half-prefabricated system of beam and inserts. House has two types of roofing. It is a traditional pitched roof and flat roof.
