Hudební klub v Brně

Abstract

Tématem projektu je návrh novostavby hudebního klubu v lokalitě Brno-střed, Obilní trh. Parcela se nachází ve svahu pod hradem Špilberk. Návrh vychází z otevřenosti vůči Obilnímu trhu a veřejnosti, snaží se upoutat, vtáhnout a z kolemjdoucího udělat návštěvníka. Po hmotové stránce se jedná o 3 solitérní objekty, které z uliční čáry pozvolna gradují a svým měřítkem se snaží nevytvářet bariéru, ale naopak navodit dojem přístupnosti. Umístění těchto objektů, společně se stromy, vytváří parkové prostředí umožňující průhledy na dominantu - hrad Špilberk. Objekty jsou částečně zakopány ve svahu, terén tak přímo navazuje na zelené pochůzné střechy, čímž při pohledu shora částečně mizí oku pozorovatele. Funkční náplň je rozdělena do 3 objektů. V největším se nachází hudební klub, s foyer, 2 sály, terasou umožňující výhled na Obilní trh, zázemím pro kapely a navazující garáží. Druhý, jednopodlažní objekt s vnitřním dvorem zaujímá prostory se zkušebnami a ateliéry a místem pro odpočinek. Třetí dvoupodlažní objekt se nachází právě ve zmiňovaném dvoře a nachází se zde nahrávací studio.The theme of the project is a new music club with reharsal rooms and recording studio in the center of Brno, Obilní trh. The site is situated on the slope next to the castle Špilberk. The proposal is based on an openness to the public, trying to captivate, pull in and make a passerby the visitor. The whole complex is made of three solitary objects that escalates its scale from view and trying not to create a barrier, but rather give the impression of accessibility. The site of this complex, along with trees, creates a park enviroment which enables the views to the castle Špilberk. The buildings are partially buried in the hillside terrain and directly connected to the extensive green roof, which creates a friendly terrace where you can watch the street or the artists inside the building. Functional content is divided into three objects. The largest one is a music club, including foyer, 2 music halls, terrace allowing views to the Obilní trh, backstages for musicians and garages. The second, single-storey building with a courtyard includes ateliers, reharsal rooms and a sociable relax corridors. The last, two-storey building includes a recording studio, which is situated right inside the courtyard.
