Novostavba rodinného domu s provozovnou, Měrotín

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace novostavby rodinného domu s provozovnou, Měrotín. Objekt má složený půdorys ze dvou obdélníků. Větší obdélník tvoří obytnou část a menší tvoří garáž. Nad obytnou částí je sedlová střecha. Prostor nad garáží je navržen jako terasa. Objekt je vyzděn z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Nachází se na svažitém terénu směrem k severu. Rodinný dům s provozovnou je navržen pro 4 - 5 člennou rodinu o jednom nadzemním podlaží, podkrovím a jedním podzemním podlažím, ve kterém se nachází provozovna. Objekt je založen na základových pásech. Součástí této práce je také seminární práce na téma ploché střechy.The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a detached house with an establishment, Měrotín. The building has a floor plan consisting of two rectangles. Larger rectangle consists of a living area, smaller rectangle consists of a garage. Above the living area is a gabled roof. The space above the garage is designed as a terrace. The building is bricked up ceramic bricks, brand Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain towards the north. Detached house with an establishment is designed for 4-5 member family of one floor, a garret and a basement, where the establishment is located. The building is based on the strip foundations. Part of this Bachelor thesis is also the essay on topic flat roofs.
