Víceúčelový městský sál pro město Znojmo. Město regionálního významu. Řešení veřejné stavby v návaznosti na urbanistickou situaci konkrétního místa. Vyhodnocení vhodné lokality v širším hradebním okruhu historického centra Znojma pro stavbu tohoto významu, definovat její velikost a provoz pro reálné potřeby města.
