Abstract

This article deals with assessing and comparing deflection and numerical analysis of reinforced concrete beams. The objective is to verify the use of recycled aggregate concrete in structural elements subjected to bending and compare them to identical beams with natural aggregate incorporated. The experiment proved that the reliability factor decreased negligibly. The parametric study confirmed similar deflection values during the experimental process and partially explained the studied parameters.
