Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace samostatně stojícího rodinného domu v obci Janová. Stavební pozemek se nachází na konci zástavby rodinným domů v okrajové části obce. Objekt stojí na parcele s p.č. 905/105. Objekt je navržen jako nepodsklepený, se dvěma obytnými podlažími. Půdorysný rozměr 1.NP bude 21,7 x 7,4 m. Základy jsou tvořeny ztraceným bedněním. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou ze systému Porotherm Profi 24 a Porotherm Profi 30. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří strop Porotherm BN a u přístřešku se skladem dřevěná konstrukce přístřešku. Střechy jsou ploché s povlakovou krytinou.This bachelor’s word deals with the process of a design documentation of a detached family house in a village called Janová. The building site is situated at the end of the family houses zone on the outskirts of the village. The house itself is located on the pot No. 905/105. It has two floors and no cellarage. The grounplan is going to be 21,7 metres in length and 7,4 metres in width. The basement is formed by the permanent formwork. The vertical framework beams are built of Porotherm Profi 24 and Porotherm Profi 30 systems, while the horizontal framework beams are built of Porotherm BN and make the ceiling. Wooden beams are used for the shelter. The roofs are flat covered by coating roofing.
