Kalkulace nákladů na klientské změny úpravou standardu developerského projektu

Abstract

Práce pojednává o klientských změnách ve zvoleném developerském projektu oproti standardu. Z katalogu změn budou vybrány jednotlivé položky, které nahradí původní standard. Návrh vzhledu bytu je tvořen na základě harmonického bydlení podle učení feng shui. Navržené změny budou vyčísleny a poté z nich bude stanovena celková suma nákladů na klientské změny oproti standardu.The thesis is abouth client changes in the selected development project compared to the standard.
