Hodnocení investičního záměru nákupu solárních panelů pro kancelářskou budovu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení investičního záměru nákupu solárních panelů pro kancelářskou budovu firmy. V první části práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska pro nezbytná pro praktickou část práce. Jsou zde popsány faze investičního projektu, metody hodnocení investic a závěrečná část je věnována rizkům. V praktické části je hodnocena investice pomocí jak statických, tak dynamických ukazatelů. Následně je provedena analýza citlivosti a spočítána pravděpodobnost možných scénářů s pomocí metody Monte Carlo. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny doporučení ohledně realiazce projektu.The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the investment plan for the purchase of solar panels for a company's office building. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical background necessary for the practical part of the thesis. The phases of the investment project are described, the methods of investment evaluation and the final part is devoted to risks. In the practical part the investment is evaluated using both static and dynamic indicators. Subsequently, a sensitivity analysis is performed and the probability of possible scenarios is calculated using the Monte Carlo method. In the final part of the thesis, recommendations on the realisation of the project are given.
