Penzion a restaurace Chlum

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem souboru objektů, jehož součástí je penzion s restaurací. Objekty budou vhodné pro konání společenských akcí jako jsou svatby, workshopy, oslavy a teambuildingy. Řešená parcela se nachází v místní části Zlína - Chlumu. Jde o jeden z nejvyšších bodů v okolí s výhledem na město. Blízké okolí tvoří především lesy, hospodářská usedlost a hostinec, na které navazuje zastavěná část obce. V první fázi bude důležité analyzovat specifika místa a vypracovat urbanistické řešení. Dále vytvořit stavební program a určit konkrétní měřítko výstavby. Ve druhé fázi pak půjde o konkrétní řešení celého souboru objektů na základě předchozích analýz a koncepcíThe diploma thesis deals with the design of a set of buildings, such as guest house with a restaurant. The buildings will be suitable for social events such as weddings, workshops, celebrations and team building. The plot is located in the local part of Zlín - Chlum. It is one of the highest points in the area overlooking the city. The surrounding area consists mainly of forests, a farm and an inn, which is followed by a built-up area of the village. In the first phase, it will be important to analyze the specifics of the place and develop an urban solution which is suitable for this area. After that create the program of the project and afterwards setup specific scale of the whole complex. In the second phase, it will be a specific solution of the entire set of objects based on previous analyzes and concepts.
