Výběr a implementace informačního systému

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na výber a implementáciu nového informačného systému pre analyzovanú spoločnosť RWS a jeho konkrétny tým MTE. Po vypracovaní všetkých analýz spoločnosti a jeho súčasného stavu informačného systému budú stanované požiadavky na nový informačný systém, hrubý a jemný výber potenciálnych systémov a výber jedného, ktorého implementácia bude detailne spracovaná. Táto diplomová práca sa delí do troch hlavných kapitol. V prvej kapitole práce sú popísané všetky potrebné teoretické východiská, v druhej kapitole je zhotovená analýza skúmanej spoločnosti a jej informačného systému, a v tretej kapitole je spracovaný výber, implementácia nového informačného systému, a ekonomické zhodnotenie navrhovaného riešenia, vrátane všetkých prínosov.The diploma thesis focuses on the selection and implementation of a new information system for the analyzed company RWS and its specific MTE team. After all the analyses of the company and its current state of information system have been done, all the requirements for the new information system will be tented, a rough and fine selection of potential systems will be made and the selection of one whose implementation will be worked out in detail. This diploma thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter of the thesis describes all the necessary theoretical background, the second chapter provides an analysis of the company under study and its information system, and the third chapter deals with the selection, implementation of the new information system, and the economic evaluation of the proposed solution, including all the benefits.
