Založení bytového domu v Třeboni

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tematikou zakládání bytového domu. Jejím cílem je na základě studia odborných zdrojů a statického posouzení navrhnout vhodný způsob založení daného stavebního objektu. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se autor zabývá nejčastějšími možnostmi založení bytového domu, plošným, hlubinným a založením na hloubkově zlepšených zeminách. V druhé části práce autor vybírá konkrétní metodu založení (hlubinné pomocí pilotů) a aplikuje ji při výpočtu reálné konstrukce. Statický výpočet byl popsán a následně ručně zpracován, poté byl ověřen v programu GEO 5. Součástí práce je také přehled a stručný popis dalších zdrojů informací využitelných pro tvorbu statického výpočtu.The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the apartment building foundation. Its objective is based on studies of expert resources and static assessment to design an appropriate way of building construction foundation. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the author is concerned with the most frequent possibilities of establishing common residential house, the area, and underground foundation on deep soils improved. In the second part, the author makes choice of a particular method of foundation (deep while using piles) and applies it to the calculation of the real structure. The static calculation has been described and consequently manually processed, and finally verified within the program GEO 5. The work also includes an overview together with a brief description of other information sources to be used for the creation of static calculation.
